Key Responsibilities
• Reconcile payments, invoices, income and receipts, ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Process financial data accurately through the relevant accounting systems.
• Prepare and complete supplier payment runs.
• Monitor, reconcile and report on employee expenses.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Verify company expenses, bank deposits and payments.
• Support compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal processes.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries and support effective financial processes.

About YouWe’re looking for a Finance Administrator with previous experience in a similar finance role and a strong eye for detail.

You’ll ideally have:
• Previous experience within a finance administration, accounts or transnational finance position.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to financial data.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across different levels of the business.
• An analytic, organised approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately to deadlines.

Experience as a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Financial Administrator, Bookkeeper or Accounts Payable Clerk could provide relevant experience for this position.
