This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant looking to develop a career within commercial finance and business partnering. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, delivering meaningful financial analysis and insights that support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst will include:
  • Supporting month-end reporting and financial performance analysis
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
  • Producing variance analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Delivering meaningful financial insights to support commercial and operational decision-making
  • Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders across the business
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of financial reporting and analysis processes
  • Building strong working relationships with finance and non-finance teams across the organisation
We're looking for someone who has:
  • Part-qualified or newly qualified status (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
  • Previous experience within a finance analyst, management accounts or commercial finance role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate key findings
  • Experience of budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting or variance analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across the business
  • A proactive approach, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
