I'm working with a high-growth, PE-backed organisation that's looking for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join its expanding finance team. This is a role for someone who's naturally curious, commercially minded, and enjoys turning data into meaningful business insights. You'll be working closely with senior leadership on:

📊 Forecasting and budgeting📈 Variance analysis and performance reporting🧮 Financial modelling and scenario planning📋 Board and investor reporting🤝 Business partnering across multiple stakeholders.

✅ Qualified or part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA✅ Strong Excel and modelling skills✅ Experience producing management information and stakeholder reporting✅ Commercial mindset and analytical approach.
