Finance Analyst

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a growing FMCG business who are seeking a Finance Analyst to join their team to take over complex reconciliations and reporting across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual store reconciliations.
• Prepare client reconciliation reports.
• Maintain reconciliation records and supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve transaction variances.
• Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of store activity.
• Manage and reconcile client escrow and prepaid funds with Finance.
• Monitor escrow balances and reporting.
• Work with Operations to raise accurate warehouse billing.
• Work with Store Development to raise accurate platform charge billing.
• Present financial information clearly and professionally.

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified or finalist.
• Experience handling complex reconciliations
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and complex reconciliation workbooks 
• Inventory accounting experience
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary + Other information

• Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
• Paying £50,000 to £55,000
• Based a short walk from Royal Oak Station
