About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our team in Bristol. This role is ideal for someone with accounts payable / purchase ledger experience who is looking to develop their career in a supportive and growing finance team.
What you’ll do
- Manage purchase ledger / accounts payable, including processing and reconciling invoices
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries and chase approvals
- Support costing and financial reporting activities
- Use Excel and SAP to produce accurate financial reports
- Assist with weekly reporting and general finance operations
About you
- Previous experience in a Finance Assistant / Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using Excel
- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
