Finance Assistant

Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Coventry based client in their search for an experienced Finance Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. This is an integral role where you will take ownership of finance operations processes and data quality, working systematically through complex issues to keep business running smoothly. This position offers hybrid working upon completion of training and a competitive bonus structure.

• Management of cash postings across multiple business entities
• Investigation and resolution of anomalies to ensure cash postings are accurate
• Undertake Intercompany reconciliations and payments
• Overseeing credit card payments
• Review contracts and customer payment terms
• Maintaining data accurately for audit purposes
• Complete system reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve finance operations issues
• Support process improvements
• Customer query resolution
