We're recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing commercial finance team. Working closely with operational and senior leadership teams, you'll support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, business planning, and commercial decision-making across a complex operational environment.

The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you will:
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
• Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyse financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support contract compliance, business cases, and financial modelling for new opportunities and tenders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes, controls, and reporting.
You
To be successful in this role of Finance Business Parter, you'll bring:
• Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant, Commercial Finance, or similar role.
• Strong financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insight.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive and commercially focused approach to problem-solving and business improvement.
