- Working closely with operational and departmental leaders, providing insightful financial analysis and partnering with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Producing accurate weekly and monthly management accounts
- Delivering meaningful financial analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
- Supporting across budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Completing detailed variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Business partnering key departments including HR, IT, Marketing and Operations
- Developing business cases to support strategic projects and investment decisions
- Preparing financial models and scenario analysis to support commercial decision-making
- Presenting financial information clearly to senior stakeholders
- Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance are maintained
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant status (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Previous experience within an operational or commercial finance role
- Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
