What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
· Acting as a key finance link for operational contracts, providing strategic insights and financial analysis to influence decision-making
· Developing strong relationships with operational managers and site teams, combining commercial acumen with a practical understanding of the business needs
· Leading financial reporting processes including management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis, ensuring timeliness and accuracy to support business performance
· Managing working capital, balance sheet reconciliations, and co-ordinating internal controls to mitigate financial risks
· Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by analysing financial data and driving operational efficiencies
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
· Hold a professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA)
· Demonstrate proven experience in business partnering within the construction industry or related sectors
· Possess excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
· Have a proactive attitude with the ability to interpret complex financial information and deliver clear insights
· Show leadership qualities, including coaching and developing team members in a fast-paced environment
