We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our growing team and become a trusted advisor to operational and commercial stakeholders. This is more than a finance role. It's an opportunity to influence strategy, improve performance, and make a genuine impact across a dynamic and evolving business.

You'll work closely with budget holders and senior leaders, providing insight, analysis, and support that drives better decision making. From identifying opportunities and risks to improving reporting and forecasting, you'll play a key role in helping the business achieve its goals.

What you'll be doing:

• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Providing meaningful analysis and commercial insight to aid decision making
• Challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and performance
• Monitoring and reporting on key financial and operational metrics
• Supporting business cases, investment decisions and strategic initiatives
• Helping drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting

What we're looking for:

• Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Commercial Finance role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Commercially aware with the confidence to influence and challenge positively
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and reporting tools
