About the Role

Are you a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights? We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join a successful and growing business, working closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Production.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you'll play a key role in supporting business performance through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision-making. You'll provide valuable insight to stakeholders, challenge assumptions and help drive business growth through data-led recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with department leaders to provide high-quality financial support and commercial insight.
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes across the business.
  • Producing monthly management reports, variance analysis and performance commentary.
  • Delivering weekly sales, margin and operational performance reporting.
  • Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs and profitability.
  • Providing scenario modelling, investment analysis and decision-support on key projects.
  • Analysing customer and product profitability to support commercial strategies.
  • Identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and business performance.

About You

We're looking for an ambitious and proactive finance professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and influencing business decisions.

You'll ideally be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or part-qualified) and have experience within a financial analysis, management accounting or business partnering role.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to engage with non-finance stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach.

Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, retail or direct-to-consumer environments would be advantageous, as would knowledge of cost accounting, operational KPIs and profitability analysis.
