Job Role:
- Partnering with operational teams and senior leaders to provide financial insight that supports strategic and operational decision-making
- Analysing KPIs and business performance to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Leading budgeting and rolling forecasting processes in line with business strategy and market conditions
- Producing monthly management information, including regional P&L, variance analysis, performance reports and financial commentary
- Providing profitability and margin analysis while supporting business cases for investment, growth and cost-saving opportunities
- Supporting cost management, cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation
- Driving improvements across financial processes, controls and wider operational practices
Skills and experience
- Demonstrating previous experience within a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar commercially focused finance role
- Possessing strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience
- Demonstrating experience producing and interpreting P&L and variance analysis
- Providing commercial insight around profitability, margins, costs and business performance
- Building strong relationships with operational and senior stakeholders and confidently influencing decision-making
- Demonstrating excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear and meaningful insights
- Showing a proactive approach to process improvement, problem-solving and supporting business growth
