Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its finance team, providing tools, analysis and insight across a portfolio of key accounts.
This role offers an opportunity for a fully qualified accountant to act as a trusted advisor, supporting stakeholders and clients through the provision of real-time financial analysis and commercial insight. The successful candidate will play a key role in challenging thinking, supporting informed decision-making and helping to shape business strategy.
Job Description
The Finance Business Partner will take ownership of the end-to-end financial management of client contracts, ensuring accurate reporting and robust financial governance across the portfolio. The role will focus on maximising value creation, identifying opportunities for improvement and minimising commercial and financial risk.
We are looking for a trusted finance professional who can provide real-time financial support and analysis, acting as a key advisor to stakeholders and clients.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end financial management of client contracts, ensuring accurate reporting of all contractual and financial matters to both the business and client teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis, insight and real-time support to drive commercial decision-making.
- Act as a trusted business partner to stakeholders and clients across key accounts.
- Manage end-to-end financial performance of contracts, including reporting, forecasting and month-end activities.
- Build strong client relationships and support commercial negotiations.
- Identify risks and opportunities while supporting cost optimisation and business improvement initiatives.
- Ensure contract governance, compliance and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee billing, cash collection and balance sheet management across the portfolio.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, management accounts production and the continuous improvement of financial processes, controls and reporting standards.
