About the role
The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) is recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team on a permanent basis.
You will act as a trusted finance partner to designated directorates, providing high‑quality financial insight, analysis and challenge to support effective decision‑making and delivery of RCP’s strategic objectives.
What you’ll do
- Partner with senior managers to support operational planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide clear financial insight on performance, risks and opportunities.
- Lead the interpretation and presentation of management accounts and forecasts.
- Support business cases, financial modelling and commercial decision‑making.
- Act as a key point of contact for finance advice within your directorates.
About you
You will be a CCAB‑qualified finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling in a complex organisation.
You will be confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and communicating financial information clearly to non‑finance colleagues.
