  • Monitor daily and monthly cash flow, loan covenants and regulatory metrics, including quarterly lender and regulatory returns.
  • Support month-end and year-end close, financial statements, audits and external reporting.
  • Build financial models and provide constructive challenge to support confident, well-informed decisions.
  • Contribute to finance systems development, process improvement and wider projects across the organisation.

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified or part-qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CIPFA or equivalent, with relevant finance experience.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and analytical skills.

  • A high level of Excel and financial systems capability.
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative approach, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience of development finance, treasury, cash flow, regulatory returns or the housing sector would be an advantage.
