We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Controller for a busy and well-established business based in Leigh-on-Sea. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who is available immediately and looking for a role with genuine temp-to-perm potential.

• Preparing Monthly Management Accounts
• Bank reconciliations
• Uploading and processing payments
• Banking audits
• Paying trade accounts
• Invoicing and accounts administration
• Tracking and controlling utility costs
• VAT control and reporting
• Credit control
• Liaising with external accountants
• Using accounting systems and Excel for reporting, controls, and GA coding

• Previous experience as a Finance Controller, Finance Manager, or similar senior finance position
• Strong Excel and accounting systems experience
• Accurate, highly organised, and numerate
• Able to work independently and use their own initiative
• Professional and confident communicator
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Comfortable working within a small team environment
• Available to start immediately
