Axon Moore is delighted to be recruiting for an exciting Finance Graduate opportunity with a growing international business based in West Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high achieving graduate looking to build a long term career in Finance, gain broad exposure across a large organisation and work towards becoming a qualified accountant.

Location: West Manchester (Hybrid following probation)
Salary: £32,000 + study support

This is a structured 3 year graduate programme offering broad exposure across Finance, alongside genuine responsibility, mentorship and professional development. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of central Finance functions, including:
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Treasury and Tax
  • Corporate Finance
  • Commercial Finance
  • Financial analysis and performance improvement
  • Finance projects and process improvement
As you progress through the programme, you’ll take on increasing responsibility and work closely with experienced Finance professionals across the business. There are also opportunities to travel across the UK, Europe and US, including the potential to spend extended periods at other sites as part of the programme.

Person Specification:

We’re looking for an ambitious and high-achieving graduate who is genuinely looking to build a career in Finance.
Ideally, you’ll have:
  • A 2:1 degree or above in Accountancy & Finance, Economics, Maths, Physics or another numerical-based subject.
  • Some relevant finance experience, such as a year in industry, placement or internship, would be advantageous.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • A genuine desire to work towards a professional accountancy qualification.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad when required.
  • A full UK driving licence.
