Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll lead a small team while taking ownership of financial reporting, process improvements and commercial insight. Your responsibilities as Finance Manager
  • Lead, support and develop a team of two within the function
  • Produce accurate financial reporting and management information to support business decisions
  • Work closely with the Finance Director to improve financial performance and reporting processes
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with banks, auditors and external stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls across the business
  • Provide commercial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making
What we're looking for in a Finance Manager
  • Fully AAT qualified with ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification, qualified by experience, or nearing qualification with a strong finance background
  • Strong Excel, financial reporting and finance systems experience
  • Previous experience leading and developing finance staff
  • Experience working within a fast-paced operational business environment
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders
