Finance Manager

We are delighted to be working with an established investment management business who are looking for a Finance Manager to join its London-based finance team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of long-term investment funds. The business invests in essential infrastructure assets and offers a collaborative, stable working environment with excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and fund operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant seeking a broad and varied role within a smaller organisation where they can take ownership of fund accounting, financial control and stakeholder management responsibilities.
Your new role

• Management of the accounting, tax and administration of investment funds and associated entities.
• Preparation of financial reporting, investor information and fund distributions.
• Monitoring cash flow, liquidity and banking activity.
• Liaising with investment teams, portfolio companies and external stakeholders.
• Managing relationships with auditors, depositaries and professional advisers.
• Supporting financial controls, treasury activities and payment processes.
• Assisting with regulatory and compliance-related requirements.
• Supporting a range of ad hoc projects across finance, tax and operations

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.
• Experience within asset management, investment management, private equity, infrastructure, real estate or alternative investment funds.
• Strong financial reporting and fund accounting experience.
• Experience working with multiple entities or complex investment structures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
