Your day-to-day will involve managing budgets, preparing financial reports and supporting strategic decision-making.

Description

• Oversee the full finance function below the FD
• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audits effectively.
• Implement and maintain financial systems and controls.
• Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Job Offer
