We're recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a leading professional services firm in Jersey. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee finance operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive process improvements across the business.



The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and banking functions.
  • Managing cash flow and supporting month-end reporting.
  • Driving operational improvements and enhancing finance processes.
  • Acting as the key escalation point for finance operations.
  • Coaching, developing and supporting the Finance Operations team.
  • Assisting with internal and external audits.


About You

You'll have:

  • Previous Finance Manager experience within a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and cash management.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach with a passion for improving processes.
