We're recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a leading professional services firm in Jersey. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee finance operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive process improvements across the business.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and banking functions.
- Managing cash flow and supporting month-end reporting.
- Driving operational improvements and enhancing finance processes.
- Acting as the key escalation point for finance operations.
- Coaching, developing and supporting the Finance Operations team.
- Assisting with internal and external audits.
About You
You'll have:
- Previous Finance Manager experience within a professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and cash management.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with a passion for improving processes.
