The group is debt-free, with a clearly defined growth strategy, robust internal systems, and well-established business processes.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager (UK & Ireland) and based in Acton, this leadership role carries responsibility for managing two members of staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- preparation of monthly financial accounts, forecasts, and management reports;
- payment of salaries;
- preparation of year-end accounts and reconciliations;
- production of annual budgets and key performance indicators;
- submission of tax and other statutory returns; and
- managing, motivating, and maintaining clear communication with their team, department heads and the General Manager.

Essential Skills and Experience

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

- a chartered accountancy qualification with at least seven years' full-time post-qualification experience;
- previous experience in a financial accountancy role;
- strong computer literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- sound interpersonal, motivational, and presentation skills;
- a proven track record of teamwork and achievement;
- budget management experience;
- high ethical standards; and
- no more than three employers in the preceding six years.
