Level 4 Qualified | Experienced Advisers & Trainees Welcome
An established and growing financial planning firm is looking to appoint a Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser or Trainee Adviser to join its friendly and ambitious team.
The role would suit someone based in Stafford, Stoke or the surrounding areas, with candidates further afield considered where travel to the office remains practical. South of the A5 is likely to be too far for the required client meetings.
You'll have the opportunity to inherit and develop an existing client book of approximately £34m FUM, giving you a strong platform to build from while developing your own long-term career within the business.
Financial Adviser / Trainee Adviser
You'll work closely with an experienced team, taking responsibility for servicing and developing existing client relationships while being supported to grow the book over the long term.
The opportunity includes:
- Existing client book of approximately £34m FUM
- Employed or self-employed options available
- Employed salary of around £45,000
- Additional earning potential through Initial Advice Fees
- Car allowance for employed advisers
- Hybrid working, with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office
- Full support and development for qualified Trainee Advisers
- Opportunity to build and grow the client bank over the long term
- Potential company buy-in opportunity in the future
