Description
Working closely with asset managers, portfolio teams and senior stakeholders, the Financial Analyst will play a key role in analysing performance, supporting investment decisions and helping to shape the future of a significant real estate portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing accurate and timely financial reporting and management accounts.
- Developing financial models to evaluate leasing transactions, lease regears and new revenue opportunities.
- Delivering insightful analysis of portfolio performance and key business drivers.
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with operational and finance stakeholders.
- Partnering with asset management teams to provide commercial insight and strategic support.
- Contributing to finance transformation initiatives, process improvements and system enhancements.
- Supporting wider business planning and decision-making through robust financial analysis.
Profile
The successful Financial Analyst will have a commercial mindset and a desire to influence business performance.
You will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or nearing the end of your studies with experience within commercial finance, financial analysis or management accounting, ideally within a Property/Real Estate setting.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills are essential, particularly around cost savings and efficiencies.
Advanced Excel skills are required alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Offer
A salary ranging from £68,000 to £72,000, dependent on the level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
The role is hybrid and will require office attendance 3 days a week.
