Financial Controller

What will the Financial Controller role involve?

• Leading financial management reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making across all group businesses
• Assisting the Board and Managing Directors with financial forecasts, strategic planning, and business modelling for new opportunities
• Overseeing budget preparation, monitoring performance, and analysing variances to inform future forecasts
• Ensuring statutory compliance, including tax requirements and regulation adherence, while developing robust financial policies and controls

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:

• Demonstrates substantial experience in financial management within similar sectors, preferably with multi-unit businesses
• Possesses strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Shows strategic thinking with the ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Skilled at implementing financial controls, improving processes, and driving efficiencies
