This is a great opportunity to join a supportive environment where you will play a key role in keeping client records, administration processes and adviser support activity running smoothly. • Support advisers and colleagues with the smooth running of client administration processes.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure information is updated across internal systems.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and processing new business applications.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, providers and third parties, acting as a key point of contact.
  • Help coordinate the collection and management of client and provider documentation.
  • Support regulatory and compliance activities to ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Produce professional correspondence and documentation for clients and providers.
  • Contribute to a collaborative office environment by supporting wider administrative and operational activities.
  • Use business systems and databases to manage information efficiently and accurately.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience within a professional services environment.
  • Experience within an IFA, wealth management or financial planning firm would be highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Intelliflo Office would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with clients, providers and colleagues.
  • Comfortable using business systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling client information and records.
  • A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to support different areas of the business.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a permanent opportunity with a salary of £30,000+, dependent on experience. The role is fully office-based, with flexible start times between 8:00am and 9:30am, as well as on-site parking. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their administration experience within a professional, client-focused financial services setting.
