A requirement for a Finishing Foreman working for a main contractor on a new build housing development in Bellingham, Northumberland for 1 weeks cover. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the finishing phases of a housing development including a hands on approach, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Responsible for coordinating trades, supervising site teams, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring smooth project delivery within specified timeframes
• Strong leadership skills, practical knowledge of finishing works, and a keen eye for detail to effectively manage on-site activities and uphold the company's reputation for excellence

Experience required:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman within the new build housing sector
• Strong understanding of finishing works, including internal and external finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate and motivate site teams.
• Relevant qualifications such as CSCS/SMSTS/FA

Remuneration:

• £25.00 per hour
