Finishing Foreman

- £240–£250 per day CIS
Frontline Construction Recruitment are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a residential development in Maidstone.
This is a hands-on role focused on driving the project through its final stages, managing subcontractors, coordinating finishing trades, and ensuring all snagging and completion works are delivered to programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day finishing works on site
- Coordinating and chasing subcontractors
- Working through snagging and completion schedules
- Monitoring quality and closing out defects
- Reporting progress to site management
- Maintaining health and safety standards on site
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman, Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Finishing Manager
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, logical and motivated approach to work
