Finishing Manager

CRS are seeking driven Finishing Managers / Internal Site Managers to join an established tier two contractor delivering a landmark £36M hotel newbuild and refurbishment in Edinburgh. With the structure complete and the building now watertight, the project is entering a fast paced internal fit out phase — and we need two motivated managers to help bring it to life.

Role & Responsibilities

•    Lead and coordinate all internal trade packages
•    Drive quality, programme and safety across finishing works
•    Work closely with an experienced Project Manager to maintain progress
•    Manage subcontractors, resolve on site issues and ensure smooth handover
•    Maintain high standards of workmanship throughout all internal areas

This is a 6 month contract with genuine potential to go permanent or roll onto further projects. With three live sites in Scotland and a strong pipeline due to start within the next 3–4 months, this is an ideal opportunity to step into a busy, growing team.
