Kenna Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join one of our leading main contractor clients on a high-rise residential scheme in Central London.
The project comprises 200+ residential units. This is initially a contract position, with the potential to become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager with a proven track record of working on high-rise residential schemes. You will be responsible for managing the finishing stages of the project, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on programme and in line with the required quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on high-rise residential projects.
- Valid and in-date CSCS.
- SMSTS.
- First Aid at Work.
- Strong knowledge of finishing trades, quality control and snagging.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and drive the project through to completion.
