My client is a privately owned developer, which over the last 20 years has specialised in the delivery of stylish and contemporary Residential Care Homes.

This job presents a good oppertunity to introduce yourself to a developer with a large order book of projects across the UK.

The Project

Development of a luxury new build Care Home.

The Role

To work in the position of Finishing Manager reporting to the Senior Site manager and Contracts Manager

Your role will require you to monitor sub-contractors and drive the production through to completion and handover of the Care Home by the end of the year.

Key Requirements:

  • Finishing Manager must be able to manage snagging / defects, monitor trades and labour on site
  • SMSTS, CSCS, FIRST AID

About You

  • You will have gained 2+ years’ experience, ideally working for a developer as an Finishing Manager
