Our client is a well-established and growing fire and security specialist, seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to join their team covering Plymouth and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company that values its engineers, offering door-to-door pay, excellent overtime rates, and a varied workload.

You'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault finding, and occasional installation of fire alarm systems across a range of commercial, retail and industrial sites.

• Service and maintain fire alarm systems.

• Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance.

• Complete small installation and upgrade works as required.

• Ensure all work complies with current industry standards and regulations.

• Complete job reports and paperwork accurately.

• Previous experience working on fire alarm systems.

• Recognised electrical qualification

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

• £18.00 per hour

• Time and a half paid after 37 hours worked

• Door-to-door pay

• Company vehicle and tools provided (if applicable)

• Predominantly local work across Plymouth and surrounding areas
