Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer Required

ProGroup Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer to join a growing and well-established fire safety business.

The Role

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of fire alarm systems across occupied residential properties, delivering a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Routine servicing of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems
• Fault finding, diagnostics and remedial repairs
• Carrying out small works, including like-for-like replacement of fire alarm components
• Working on a variety of manufacturers' systems, including:
  • Honeywell
  • Apollo
  • Kentec
  • Gent
• Accurately completing service documentation and reports
• Providing a professional service when working within occupied residential buildings

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience working with both conventional and addressable systems
• Knowledge of leading manufacturers such as Honeywell, Apollo, Kentec and Gent is desirable
• Comfortable working in occupied residential environments with excellent customer-facing skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
