Are you an Admin or Coordinator with experience in the Fire and Security industry seeking a new office-based role?
As a Fire and Security Coordinator, you will support management with all administrative aspects, including issuing purchase orders and planning and coordinating day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will also involve liaising with subcontractors and engineers handling planned and reactive maintenance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Coordination: Arrange both planned and reactive calls/maintenance, along with small and minor works related to fire and security systems.
- Monitoring: Organise and monitor clients' Fire and Security systems.
- Training: Coordinate training and upskilling for engineers.
- Quotations: Manage small quotes for services.
- Supplier Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for suppliers.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, orders, and returns.
- Experience in the Fire or Security industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Office Software: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with field service and job management software.
