Are you an Admin or Coordinator with experience in the Fire and Security industry seeking a new office-based role?

As a Fire and Security Coordinator, you will support management with all administrative aspects, including issuing purchase orders and planning and coordinating day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will also involve liaising with subcontractors and engineers handling planned and reactive maintenance for our clients.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Coordination: Arrange both planned and reactive calls/maintenance, along with small and minor works related to fire and security systems.
  • Monitoring: Organise and monitor clients' Fire and Security systems.
  • Training: Coordinate training and upskilling for engineers.
  • Quotations: Manage small quotes for services.
  • Supplier Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for suppliers.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, orders, and returns.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Fire or Security industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Office Software: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with field service and job management software.
