In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a diverse range of life safety and security systems within commercial, industrial, and residential environments. Your daily duties will include conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM), diagnosing faults, executing reactive repairs, and servicing Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems. A key aspect of your role will involve delivering a professional, customer-focused service at every visit, completing digital reports, and participating in out-of-hours call-out rotas to ensure the highest standards of safety and security are maintained.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience servicing and maintaining Fire & Security systems
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across multiple manufacturers’ equipment
  • Experience servicing systems from manufacturers such as Advanced, Kentec, Morley, Texecom, Pyronix, Galaxy, Hikvision, Dahua, Paxton, ACT, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage your own schedule
  • Full UK Driving Licence
