We are currently recruiting experienced Fire Damper Remedial Engineers to work on a self-employed CIS basis across Nottingham and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fire Damper Engineer looking for consistent subcontract work with a growing passive fire protection contractor.

The Role:

You will be responsible for completing fire damper remedial works identified through inspections and surveys across a range of commercial properties.

Duties will include:

  • Carrying out fire damper remedial works, repairs, and replacements
  • Rectifying defects identified during fire damper inspections
  • Completing works to the required industry standards and specifications
  • Working on commercial sites including healthcare, education, and public sector projects
  • Completing job sheets, photographs, and remedial reports accurately
  • Managing your own workload and travelling to assigned sites
