Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Fire Damper / Ducting Remedial Engineer to join a leading UK Passive Fire Protection specialist. This is a hands-on role working across occupied commercial and residential buildings, carrying out inspection, testing, maintenance, and remedial works on fire dampers and ducting systems.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring buildings remain fully compliant with current fire safety regulations while delivering high-quality remedial and installation works across varied live environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Remediate fire dampers
- Carry out ductwork modifications and associated remedial works
- Ensure all works meet fire safety and compliance standards
- Complete accurate reports, documentation
- Deliver high-quality workmanship across all installations and repairs
Requirements
- Proven experience with fire dampers, ducting, HVAC, or passive fire protection
- Strong understanding of fire safety compliance and regulations
- Full UK driving licence
