An opportunity has become available for an experienced Passive Fire Door Installer to join a long-term project based in the Channel Islands. This role offers the security of a three-year contract, shared accommodation, and the opportunity to increase earnings through available overtime.

• 3-year long-term project
• Monday to Friday (Saturdays available)
• Up to 60 hours per week

Pay & Hours

• £26.50 per hour
• Working hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (10 hours per day)

Key Responsibilities
As a Passive Fire Door installer/carpenter  , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fire stopping works in line with industry standards:

• Installation of Fire Door Sets
• All aspects of fire door Carpenter 
• Working in a team and also independently when required
• Liaise with management team on a daily basis
• Carry out Fire door assessments and record findings
Requirements
• The NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Joinery or other relevant trade, or equivalent level of competence obtained from on‑job experience
• Proven experience working as a Fire Door Installer
• Experience in working in the social housing/health/high street sector and a trade background experience would be useful

• Proven experience 
• Relevant certification () – preferred
• Willingness to relocate / work away from home
• Non-UK nationals must hold Settled or Pre-Settled Status
