Fire Door Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Fire Door Supervisor to oversee the installation of new fire doors on a live school project in Sutton Coldfield.

This is a short-term contract for an immediate start, supervising installation teams and ensuring all work is completed to the required fire safety standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the installation of new fire door sets.
  • Ensure all works comply with current fire door regulations and manufacturer requirements.
  • Carry out quality inspections and maintain high installation standards.
  • Coordinate with site management and installation teams.
  • Complete relevant site records and quality documentation.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

Essential Requirements:
  • Proven background supervising fire door installation projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire doors, passive fire protection, and current standards.
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate (current and valid).
  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme).
  • Relevant fire door qualifications.
  • CSCS Card.

  • Location: Sutton Coldfield
  • Start: 24th August
  • Duration: 2 weeks
  • Scope: Supervision of new fire door installations within a school environment.
