A growing provider of Fire, Security, and technical building services is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead its installation division.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing installation teams, driving operational performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities – Installation Manager
As a Group Installation Manager, your role will include:
- Leading and developing installation teams across multiple projects
- Overseeing the delivery of Fire, Security, and associated technical installations
- Managing departmental performance, budgets, and operational objectives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Supporting business growth and key account development
- Conducting performance reviews and implementing improvement plans
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and industry standards
- Working closely with sales, service, and project teams to ensure successful delivery
Requirements – Installation Manager
- Proven management experience within Fire & Security, M&E, or technical building services
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing installation operations, contracts, or project delivery teams
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and performance targets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Good understanding of construction and Health & Safety requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
- NEBOSH, IOSH, SMSTS, or similar Health & Safety qualifications
- Experience managing large-scale installation teams and projects
