Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 basic + Bonus & Car or Car Allowance

A growing provider of Fire, Security, and technical building services is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead its installation division.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing installation teams, driving operational performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities – Installation Manager

As a Group Installation Manager, your role will include:

  • Leading and developing installation teams across multiple projects
  • Overseeing the delivery of Fire, Security, and associated technical installations
  • Managing departmental performance, budgets, and operational objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Supporting business growth and key account development
  • Conducting performance reviews and implementing improvement plans
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and industry standards

 

  • Working closely with sales, service, and project teams to ensure successful delivery

Requirements – Installation Manager

  • Proven management experience within Fire & Security, M&E, or technical building services
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience managing installation operations, contracts, or project delivery teams
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and performance targets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Good understanding of construction and Health & Safety requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

  • NEBOSH, IOSH, SMSTS, or similar Health & Safety qualifications
  • Experience managing large-scale installation teams and projects
