First Aid Centre Administrator (fixed-term) 

Woburn Forest | £13.71 per hour 

Provide calm care in the forest

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our on-site First Aid Centre, supporting the wellbeing of both guests and colleagues. This role involves providing essential administrative support and assisting with First Aid duties when required.

  • Provide administrative support to the First Aid Centre
  • Coordinate clinics, meetings, diaries and visitor reception
  • Respond to emergency calls and maintain accurate records
  • Administer first aid assistance as required

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 2nd October 2027

  • Part-time contract
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 66 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About you

  • Excellent communication skills and work effectively independently and in a team
  • First aid qualified or willing to undertake training
  • Composed decision-making under pressure with effective workload prioritisation
  • Strong administrative experience and IT proficiency
  • Full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months

Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
