Fit Out Manager – High Rise Residential

North West London | Immediate Start | Day Rate or Permanent Salary Available

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering a prestigious high-rise residential development in North West London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established project with a strong pipeline of work, where you'll play a key role in managing the internal fit out from first fix through to handover.

The Role:

• Manage all internal fit out works across multiple floors/apartments.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality.
• Drive programme, quality and productivity on site.
• Manage snagging, inspections and handover processes.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fit Out Manager on high-rise residential developments.
• Strong background working for a recognised main contractor.
• Excellent knowledge of internal finishing packages.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates are essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
