A leading fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and deliver fast‑track fit‑out and refurbishment projects across the UK and Ireland. This is a field‑based role requiring strong leadership, excellent organisation and a proven track record within the fit‑out sector.
The successful candidate will work closely with Contract Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard, while maintaining exceptional site safety and client satisfaction.

Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
- NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in Construction Site Management
- Proven background in fit‑out and refurbishment projects
- Ability to work across the UK & Ireland as required
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and sequence work
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Strong eye for detail with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- CSR / CSCS / SMSTS / Safe Pass
- Ability to understand and deliver fast‑track programmes
- Experience coordinating subcontractors
- First Aid and Fire Warden qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Quality‑driven approach with a focus on detail and client satisfaction
- Demonstrable track record within the construction/fit‑out industry
