Fit Out Site Manager – RC Frame Apartments | Clapham | 9 Months Work

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to join a flagship residential development in Clapham for a leading UK developer.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the internal fit-out package on a large-scale RC frame apartment scheme, managing all internal trades from 1st fix through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all internal fit-out trades from 1st fix onwards

• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme targets are achieved

• Driving quality standards and snag-free delivery

• Maintaining health & safety compliance across the site

• Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team

• Monitoring progress and resolving any site-related issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential apartment developments

• Strong fit-out and internals background

• Experience managing multiple trades on RC frame projects

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
