My client who work closely with Airport and operate workshops inside the Airport are looking for a Fleet Administrator / Workshop Administrator for their site in Heathrow.

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00pm
My client, who operate Workshop and Transport Services for the Airport are looking a Fleet Administrator To provide the organisation with comprehensive fleet administration service to meet the needs of the business.
To manage and coordinate company procedures and processes through documents and records as assigned.
Job Description for the Fleet Administrator / Vehicle Service Administrator / Workshop Administrator / Fleet Coordinator / Fleet Service Controller:
• Undertake general administration duties, including filing, photocopying etc., providing cover when needed for other aspects of the Fleet department
• Monitoring vehicle arrivals for servicing, recording any late deliveries and following up where required
• Handle telephone enquiries competently and professionally
• Updating fleet information, ensuring vehicles are meeting industry compliance levels
• Ordering spare parts for the fleet when required
• Oversee vehicle warranty claims and issues
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations, including month end reporting
• Manage data in accordance with KPI and legislative requirements
• Highlight and specific issues to the Head of Fleet Engineering
• Ensuring that all personnel records are accurately maintained and up to date
• Order office stationery and depot supplies
• Undertaking ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the team.
Role Requirements for the Fleet Administrator / Vehicle Service Administrator / Workshop Administrator / Fleet Coordinator / Fleet Service Controller:
• Excellent team player who is able to work independently as required
• Experience in a fast-paced fleet environment
• Experience of LGV/fleet compliance and automotive environments
• Able to multi-task and use own initiative
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
▪ Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality.
▪ Qualification: Good level of education
▪ Skills: Microsoft Office, Data Entry and Time Management
▪ Experience: 1-3 years relevant experience in administration
