Flexi Forklift Driver

Professional Flexi Forklift Driver – Leeds

We are looking for an experienced and professional Flexi Forklift Driver to join our Leeds operation. You must have experience in driving this type of FLT. Counterbalance and reach licences will not be accepted. 

This is not an entry-level forklift position.

We need someone who is confident operating a Flexi forklift within a busy operational environment and who understands the importance of safe, accurate and efficient stock movement.

Alongside strong forklift skills, we are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within factory, production, manufacturing or other target-driven environments, where productivity, safety and accuracy are equally important.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Flexi forklift safely and professionally.
• Moving pallets between goods-in, storage, picking and dispatch areas.
• Putting stock away accurately into designated locations.
• Replenishing picking locations as required.
• Loading and unloading vehicles where appropriate.
• Carrying out pallet movements safely within a busy operational environment.
• Supporting stock counts and inventory accuracy.
• Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards.
• Supporting the wider warehouse operation when forklift duties allow.
• Working towards operational productivity targets.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Applicants must have:

• Previous professional Flexi forklift experience.
• A valid and relevant Flexi forklift licence/certificate.
• Experience operating forklifts within a busy commercial environment.
• Strong awareness of warehouse and workplace safety.
• The ability to work accurately while maintaining pace.
• A reliable and professional approach to work.

Experience within the following environments would be particularly advantageous:

• Factory
• Production
• Distribution
• Target-driven operations

We are looking for someone who treats forklift driving as a skilled professional role, not simply someone who happens to hold a licence.

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly rate of £13.44 per hour 
• Full-time employment.
• Operating hours between Monday and Friday 8am - 5pm & Saturday 8am -12pm
