The Location is a vibrant home where we support 3 individuals with learning disabilities and mild challenging behaviours. Each person here has their own unique personality.
This isn’t just a place to work – it’s a place where real progress happens. One of our proudest moments? Supporting a person who was told she would never walk again and now, thanks to our dedicated team, she’s back on her feet!
About the Role
Day to day will include:
- Supporting with personal care, medication, and daily routines
- Encouraging people to engage in community outings (pubs, cafés, shopping trips)
- Leading in-house activities like colouring, puzzles, and dance sessions
- Promoting independence with household tasks and finances
- Offering warmth, kindness, and lots of interaction – handholding and hugs are a daily thing here!
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Kind, empathetic, patient, and a real team player
- Comfortable with physical interaction – our residents are very affectionate
- Experienced in learning disabilities or behaviours that challenge or are new to care and ready to learn
- A driver – this would be a big plus due to our rural location

Location & Accessibility
We’re based in a quiet rural area of Stourport-on-Severn. There is a bus route, but it’s not very frequent, so this role is best suited to drivers or those living locally.
