Float Property Sales Negotiator

Do you drive, have your own car and have Property Sales experience? If yes, we would love to hear from you. 

We have a great opportunity for someone who has some property sales experience gained in the UK and is at the beginning of their career and looking to develop and grow within this sector. 

The shift pattern is Monday to Friday plus half a day on a Saturday every other Saturday. Hours are 9-6pm and 10-2pm on a Saturday with a half day off in the week taken in lieu.

The role on offer is a Float position meaning you will be covering a number of different sites selling new homes on a dedicated new build development. You need to be happy to travel to a multitude of sites in South East London including but not limited to: Beckenham, Orpington, Catford, Crystal Palace, Sydenham. 

Duties: you will make appointments for prospective buyers, generate interest to properties via leads and enquiries, you will attend viewing appointments and present properties to potential buyers.

You must be driven, hungry and have a genuine desire to build a career in the property sector.

NB: Basic salary is 28-33K plus commission, potentially another 15K
