Floor Layer – Integrated Services (Shopfitting / Fit-Out)

Shifts: Monday to Friday, day or night shifts

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join our Integrated Services team, delivering high-quality flooring installations on commercial projects and retail fit-outs across the South East.

Where travel is required, the company will cover hotel, food, and fuel costs to make your work as smooth as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Install a variety of flooring types including vinyl, LVT, carpet tiles, safety flooring and specialist finishes

• Prepare and level substrates before installation

• Work to drawings, specifications, and programme deadlines

• Deliver high-quality finishes on all projects

• Maintain health & safety and excellent housekeeping standards

• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, clients, and project teams

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Floor Layer, preferably in commercial or retail fit-out environments

• Skilled in multiple flooring systems and substrate preparation

• Able to read drawings and follow specifications

• Attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism

• CSCS card and UK driving licence preferred
