Job Title: Floor Layer - Commercial 
Job Type: CIS, Permanent 
Location: London and surrounding areas 
Rate of pay: £20 per hour + company van and fuel card 

Are you a Floor Layer looking for work?

ARC are currently looking for an experienced commercial floor layer.

For this position, you must have the following:

- Install, repair and replace a range of flooring including vinyl, LVT, laminate, carpet and commercial flooring.

- Prepare subfloors, measure and cut materials accurately, and ensure high-quality finishes in line with specifications.

- Carry out surveys 

This work for a Floor Layer is for a property maintenance company who carry out refurbs on commercial buildings.
